About Jessica Pence

Originally from Montgomery, AL, Jessica attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned a B.S. in Recording. After graduation, Jessica worked as a Marketing Specialist at HomeTelos, an Asset Manager for HUD. She maintained a document management system for appraisals, home inspections and listing information for properties.
Previously, Jessica was a Transaction Coordinator for a busy real estate team. She was responsible for processing all contracts through closing. She was promoted to the Director of Operations within her first six months on that team. She was essential in hiring and training all new team members. In 2016, she obtained her license to further help the team, friends and family with their real estate needs.
Jessica joined Black Lion as the Office Manager in 2018. She coordinates the day-to-day flow of work in the office. She utilizes current systems and develops new procedures that leverage Black Lion Realty’s Agents to produce at a higher level.
Jessica has lived in Middle Tennessee for two decades. She has lived, worked or commuted through most neighborhoods in Metro Nashville. She currently lives, works and volunteers in Donelson and is an expert on the area.
